1. COVERAGE & SCOPE

This Refund Policy applies to:

• Services provided directly by Reptile IT Service.

• Web development, software development, and IT consulting projects.

• Subscription-based services and one-time custom software solutions.

This policy does not apply to services provided by third-party vendors, or any external entities not owned or directly controlled by Reptile IT Service.

2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Reptile IT Service does not generally offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

2.1. Before Project Initiation

• Full Refund if the refund request is made before project initiation and no work has been done.

• Refunds will be processed minus any payment gateway or processing charges.

2.2. After Project Initiation (Work in Progress)

• Partial Refund if work has started but is incomplete.

• The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed at the time of the request.

• If more than 50% of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.

2.3. After Project Completion / Delivery

• No Refund is issued once a project has been completed, delivered, and approved by the client.

• If a client is dissatisfied, we provide modifications and revisions as per the agreed contract terms.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

1. Domain Registration & Hosting Fees (These are third-party costs and non-refundable once registered from Reptile).

2. Third-Party Software, Plugins, and Licenses purchased on behalf of the client.

3. SEO, Digital Marketing, and Paid Advertising Services (Due to ongoing work and expenses incurred).

4. Customized Software Development (Bespoke software solutions involve extensive planning and are non-refundable).

5. Subscription-Based Services (Once the subscription period begins, it is non-refundable).

6. Urgent or Express Development Services (Fees for expedited work will not be refunded).

7. Consultation Fees (Paid consultation services are non-refundable).

4. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

Reptile IT Service prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to resolve all issues before considering a refund. If a customer is dissatisfied:

1. We will work with you to fix any issues and revise the project as per the agreed terms.

2. If a resolution is not possible, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Date of Purchase

• Reason for Refund Request

• Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.

• Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

• Clients are advised to contact Reptile IT Service first before filing a payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

• If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, Reptile IT Service reserves the right to suspend all services immediately and take legal action to recover the disputed amount.

7. EXCEPTIONAL CASES

Reptile IT Service reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate Transactions (If the same service was accidentally purchased twice).

• Technical Issues on Our End (If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances).

• Breach of Service Agreement by Reptile IT Service (If we fail to deliver services as per the contract).
